In list builder there are limited fields for analyzing Ticketing and Subscriber buying patterns, and I'm looking for examples of adding fields or Reports that help see the following for donor prospecting:
-years of subscription history
-Section Type (e.g. A section seating)
-Row numbers (e.g. subscriptions in rows 1 to 15)
I'd like some flexibility on the subscription history and not sure how to make this happen in Tess. E.g. if I look at 'subscribed for the last 10 years' but they missed one out of 10 years, they will not show up.
The Performance Seating Book report shows the Section, Seating, and Package or Single type, but only for one concert. I'd like to get at multi-year buying patterns to help find potential high-capacity donors.
Thanks for your help! I'm just about to wade into adding more List Builder fields, or customizing reports.

I would recommend a custom view/procedure and then adding it list manager as a new custom element. I have done this for things such as first gift, last gift, last gift to particular fund etc... To add the custom element, you must add an entry to the system table T_KEYWORD.
