Making a 2nd membership donation to an annual campaign? Any helpful suggestions to share the process used in making additional contribution to an account? Can we use the same appeal/source code as the initial gift?
Reporting, how do we make sure the membership level is updated to new level and reporting will generate both gifts, and still count as one donor.
Are there canned reports you find most helpful in Development use, or have you had customized reporting done?
We are all new and searching tips other Development folks have found to be helpful.

If you set up your membership structure correctly, Tessitura will automatically upgrade the membership to the new status. It adds the additional gift as an Additional Voluntary Contribution. The Membership documentation has a good discussion of this.
