Giving History for single constituent

Hello! I work for Actors Theatre of Louisville and we are still newbies to Tessitura. I have figured out a lot on my own, but one thing I haven't been able to figure out is the best way to pull the giving history for just one constituent?

When I use the Constituent Profile Report it gives me a lot of unnecessary information. The only alternative I see is to create a List with the one person and pull the Fund Activity Report, but that seems silly to create a list for just the one constituent.

I'm hoping there is a better option out there. What do you all do to get this information?

  • That is very helpful, Kendra! Thank you. I didn't realize that the sections filter would allow me to select just the contributions.

  • I would use the Constituent Profile Report, and make sure to only select the Contributions and Credited Contributions sections.  Is that still giving you unnecessary information?

  • Try the Full Bio report – you can choose which information from the record you want to see. So you can choose to see just the contributions for someone.

    I hope that helps.
