Pulling Donor Reports by Source

Hi all,

We are moving to a campaign set-up that includes far fewer designations, in order to simplify our weekly metrics process. However, we will still want to monitor individual appeals via source code. I have not yet found a way to pull a list of donors + donation amounts by source code; only total revenue from a certain source via the Revenue by Source + Appeal report.

Has anyone found a simple way to do this? We are still on V10 (though rapidly approaching V11...), so if this is a feature in newer versions, that's also good to know.

    Hi Kelsey,

    Unfortunately I can't think of a stock report that gives you this data. We have a custom report that outputs to Excel all transaction fields I can come up with - source name, appeal, appeal category, solicitor, billing type, notes, etc - that has been extremely helpful.

    If you don't have an in-house DBA, I highly recommend Klearsky. They're economical and fast, and most importantly, experts!
