We are setting up our monthly giving program and I am trying to schedule the pledge billing report to run on the 15th of each month.
I have set the pledge billing parameters to:
Pledge Start: Dayrundate-5Pledge End: RunDateCutoff Date: RunDate
I set the schedule to run on the 15th of each month at 9:00AM. When I hit the test button, the first run date appears correctly. I hit ok and exit. The next day I checked to see if the report ran correctly and it did not run. When I went back to the "maintain reports and utilities" the window says "no future run".
I have rescheduled the report many times over the past week and the schedule will not run. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi Alex,
Are other scheduled reports running successfully?
I would check out the report server log and see what is happening when you expect the report to run. That's somewhere to start.
