Multiple Gifts

Hello,

 

I am trying to search for donors who have made multiple gifts over the past 5-10 years in an open Endowment Campaign. Any tips on how to do that?

    I've been trying to figure this one out, too. Number of gifts is one of our most commonly used criteria in addition to total giving amount within a specific range, and I haven't found any way to pull on the number of gifts. Surely this criteria has to be available somewhere...

    Hi Michael!

    You can write a custom criteria in T_Keyword that will count gifts for you. When you combine it with your Endowment fund or campaign it will count only those entries. Just select >=2 for Contributions (number of)

    detail col: count(distinct !.ref_no)
    Category: Contribution (or whatever one you want)
    Use for List: List Only
