Hello all! We have only just started using Tessitura for our Corporate sponsors, recording their historical details and contact information. One of the things we would love to do is to track their sponsor entitlements. Our sponsors depending on their level are entitled to X number of tickets per year, X number of hostings, X number of chamber group performances. Do any of you currently record these in Tessitura? And is there a way of tracking how they are doing against their entitlements, eg: an easy way to see how many tickets left, how many hostings left etc? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! Thank you :-)
Hi Michelle,
We currently record benefits via source code, this is a long standing process that we're looking to review.
For example, a corporate member who is allowed 50 tickets per year is booked in using a source code describing that relationship, eg 14067 - Corporate Partnership. We can then query how many instances have been booked by particular lists (generally by membership level) to report back. Since our corporate memberships are bespoke, we can't really apply one rule for all.
We do this instead of price type as the source code can be used in contributions and elevated events
You might have looked already but some orgs explained their price type ideas in a discussion at conference last year so it might be worth having a look through the conference archive.
