We recently had to change the date of a planned special activity, but already had the special activity in everyone's profile on a now incorrect date. Are we able to change the date of an activity for everyone or will this have to be a manual process?

Hi Josh,
The Manage Special Activity utility has an update mode. The utility documentation says that it updates the activity records with the selected Activity Type and Date for all constituents on the selected list. The Host and Number of Attendees fields are only updated if there is not already an existing value in those fields on the existing activity record.

Thanks but this didn't work for us, as it demands providing the date as criteria for finding the event to update, if that makes sense. Am I missing something? Using the manage special activity in reports and utlities.
Sorry that didn't work. The only way that it could be mass updated then would be to create some sql code to do the update.
