Hello All,
We began using the IDTECH swiper/keypads with our version of Tessitura and we missed the part about the swipers not working properly with our version (12.0.3). There is a fix for the swipers when we upgrade to v12.1 or v12.5.
I have a handful of transactions which I processed via the swiper that Tessitura has told me processed, however Element/swiper did not record the transaction.
I need to back out these transactions to then re-enter them within Tessitura. I cannot issue a refund because no money was charged to refund.
Did anyone else experience this hiccup? Can anyone guide me in the right direction to back out these transactions to then enter them correctly? I am holding onto these transactions when I would like to complete them as soon as possible.
