Hello-
I'm curious about how other institutions handle replacement card requests on a constituent's record. The situations I am thinking about are 1) when a change is made to the level or expiration date of the membership after the original acknowledgement letter has been printed (or before for that matter) , and a new set of cards are needed, or 2) a complimentary membership is created and you need membership cards (since none are triggered without a gift). Currently we accomplish this using a CSI, but I'm sure there are other ways and I would love to hear about them.
