In List Manager, is there a way to suppress records that do not have a phone number listed on their record? We generally end up exporting a list into excel and sorting on the phone number fields, and then manually deleting them.

Try adding a line with:
Phone ... Not Like ... ""
I just did a quick test and that seemed to give me only accounts with phone numbers.
