I'm looking for a report that can output a constituent's basic details + the notes on their record.
I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but I can't seem to find one that does the trick. It wouldn't be ideal as it's bit bulky, but I thought the constituent profile report might do as a catch-all, but this isn't showing any of the notes on list member's record (is this a bug- they definitely have notes).
I also tried to build an output set, but this just gives me note type and note date, but no detail -so no luck there.
It seems strange that I'd need something custom for this.

Try the Constituent Profile in the Development folder choosing only Notes in the sections parameter. If you are not seeing the notes you are looking for check the "OK to Print" column in the TR_CUST_NOTES_TYPE system table.

At first glance it looks like some great improvements were made to that report in v12 (or perhaps I'm just behind). Is Tess considering simplifying the report so that the patron account isn't repeated with each transaction (let's say limited to the header of each page)?
Something we've discussed would be a helpful addition is something like "recent activity" that documents changes made to the account (by staff or customer via API); new donations/ticket orders; new RSVPs to events; and so on. Perhaps a 30 day look-back period.

I was hoping there might be a faster report our output, but Constituent profile it is. I appreciate the confirmation.
i'll get IT to update the system table and hopefully that fixes the no response issue.
Recent activity is such a good idea! Esp. for ppl that have trouble reading the audit log - would be a lot more user friendly to get the gist of the recent changes and who made them.

We don't have any changes for this in the schedule. If this is an priority for you it would certainly be worth an enhancement request.
