Hello everyone! I have a question about the Revenue by Source and Appeal report which wasn't answered when I read the "Report help" section. I am hoping there will be people here who can help :-)
Does this report capture the amounts that come through for each appeal through a pledge or only through gift payments? When I run our report it seems to only capture the gift (one-off) contributions, but doesn't capture those that are paid via pledges. Is this the case? The numbers are just much lower than expected in every case.

In By Order/Contribution Appeal mode we report full pledge amounts and in Transaction by Appeal mode it will report pledge payments. Partly the reason for the two modes is so that we could have options to both reflect the pledge by appeal and the payments by appeal without double counting. We will clarify the documentation.
