As of last night we are finally on v12! In some routine clean-up today, we created our first gifts with initiator when we moved some transactions to HH. It left initiator records on the IND account, and the HH became the owner.
Exciting, but...
-An initiated record is nearly identical to an owned gift, barring the O/I column. Does Tess have plans to differentiate the two, such as adding color to initiated rows?
-Does anyone else find this bothersome, and have you done anything creative to address this?
-Is anyone actively using initiator, and do you recommend using the feature? All trackable data seems worth keeping, but I can see a phone call with a donor asking about history being a little more challenging than it used to be.

Hi Megan , we were intending to start using Initiator here at the Royal Opera House but stopped due to that very reason! Like you say, looks very much like a donation on the Initiators record. Shame, would've been really useful for us. Will keep a lookout for any developments.
