Board of Director List

Hi Everyone - I'm helping our development team pull a Board of Director list and had a question.

We would like a list of everyone who is a board member (the BOD constituency lives on the individual record of the board member) and they want to add to the list household, if it exists and any other affiliates, a spouse or partner.

Basically, if there is a household, they want all three records (the HH and both individual records associated with the HH) to be on the list, not just the individual record or household.

Can anyone point us in the right direction?

Thanks for the help,
Allan

  • Third radio button at the bottom of every listmanager query:  “Replace individual with household and add all primary affilates.”   Just find your board members by (active) constituency for your main criteria, click that radio button, generate, and be sure to validate your results.
