I am trying to process a pledge payment to our multi-year campaign and the pledge is not showing in the Existing Contributions pop up tab. I tried using the Pledge Payment button and it didn't show their either. I even treid the Adjust button and it is not showing. Any ideas?
I am also having a similar issue with a previous year elevated event write off.
On a side note, we have been able to process other pledge payments to the multi-year campaign without encountering these issues.

If a pledge has been written off, you will not be able to apply a payment or make any adjustment to the gift.
For the multi-year campaign pledge, is it possible it was booked under a different business unit from the one you are trying to process the payment? Batch types are tied to specific Business Units, so if the original pledge was booked under one BU, you will need to process the payment under the same one.

Thanks Brian. We use one BU for everything. I thought it might have something to do with the Appeal it was originally associated to being inactivated. Activating it doesn't work either.
Any other thoughts?

Double check your dates on campaign, appeal and/or source. I've run into similar problems in the past and it almost always has something to do with the date you entered the gift and the date setup for campaign, appeal and source. Hope this helps!
