I was wondering whether you can help me please.
I'm trying to upgrade a membership through the contribution editor however when I click on the 'Allocate Funds' button, the 'Select a Membership to Upgrade' box pops up and when selecting the current membership level, the upgrade button remains grayed out.
I don't believe it has anything to do with the set up of the membership rules seeing that the money is being paid 6 months ahead of renewal dates. Also, I don't think it's the fund/campaign itself seeing that the money has been directed to the same fund/campaign used by the current membership.
What am I missing here? I only wish that the Tessitura documentation had a troubleshoot section to explain why this would happen.
Any kind of insight would be greatly appreciated.
