Hi all. I am starting to set up acknowledgement letters for our development department. One of the fields we have under the name tab is Program Name, which shows how they would like their name to appear on our program books. I can't seem to see where this appears in the Acknowledgement Data Set. Do any of you have the same thing and can let me know which field I can use for this without going to a Custom tab? If I do need to go to a custom tab, is there a way to populate this without manually going into each record and putting this into the Custom screen? Thank you so much!
Program name is not in the standard Print Acknowledgment Letters report output, so it will have to be added by your back-end (usually IT) staff. If you're looking for where it's entered through the constituent record, it's at Names tab, Program Names radio button.
I uploaded a word document to share that outputs the standard output in formats that we use around here. Staff can cut and paste from that document whatever appears in the output that's to their liking, e.g. date and dollars formatted a few different ways, Pledge/Gift/Payment text lower case: Word-formatted as users typically want to see in their merged letters,
