printing membership cards

Hello,

Our (6-week-old!) museum is using Tessitura for memberships and we need to print membership cards.

We have Tessitura on RAMP, and are connecting using the 2X client from a Mac. (We do also have access to a PC, which we could switch to if it would help).

We’re using an Evolis Primacy printer.

Does anyone use a similar setup to print membership cards who could offer us some guidelines? We have a Print Acknowledgement Letters report set up, and from what I gather the piece of the puzzle we’re missing is a template to which we could merge the data.

Thanks,

Heather

  • Hi Heather,

We have created a custom SSRS report which we're able to print directly to our Datacard SD260.  It has been a bit tricky printing barcodes from with Tessitura so currently we do it via a web browser.

I'm not quite sure how custom SSRS reports work with Tess, but it might be something you could get your DBA to create for you as it should be a relatively simple report to pull (depending on what you want on your membership card).

Hope that helps, please let me know if you have any more questions.
