Hallo all,
We're looking to add custom data into our Plans screen and I was wondering what other organisations have found useful to put in there? Do you generally use freetext or dropdown fields?
Since our corporate/trust/capital and individual teams use Plans differently, I'm especially wondering what all-encompassing fields you use?

I would love to hear more about how other organizations have used the Custom Data option in Plans and what you have added. Have you pulled data from elsewhere in Tessitura so that it shows up in Custom Data? If you use dropdown options or free text, what is the context?
I'm also interested in hearing what options other people have in the "Plan Source" dropdown.
