is there a quick, easy way to pull donors/members of a certain level of 10+ years

I assume you mean current donors who have given at that level 10+ consecutive years? If so, you can do this with an extraction.
For example, say you want to look at all donors who gave $10,000 or more for 10+ consecutive years. You could start with a suppression segment that suppresses everybody who did not give in 2005, or who gave less than $10K. Then copy that segment and edit it to suppress everybody who didn't give or gave less than $10K in 2006. And so on, up through 2013. Your final segment would simply be people who did give $10K+ in 2014. Anybody who had not also given at that level for any of the prior 10 years would have been suppressed by one of the earlier segments, so what you have left should be your 10+ year $10K+ donors.
How well that solution fits your definitions of quick and easy I'll leave to you! It wouldn't work if you just wanted to know how many people had given $10K+ in any 10 years. For that you might need some custom SQL.

I saw this response a few weeks ago to Leah's question right as our need to pull a list of consecutive donors came up and was very excited, but I am experiencing an issue that I am hoping you or maybe someone else can assist me with.
I do not care with this extraction how much an individual has given from year to year only that they have continued to give, so I created the extraction for just each fiscal year and suppressed those who did not give ANYTHING in each year. Then, I created the segment for those who DID give in my final fiscal year, 2013.
Although I have a list of consistent donors over a period of time, I also am having the donors who only gave in 2013 appear-is there a way to remedy this problem in extraction manager?

What criteria are you using to define your suppression segments? My hunch is that you might be having an "in" vs "has" problem. If you want to suppress people who didn't give in FY11 and you're using something like:
Contribution Campaign in "FY2011"Total Giving = 0
...you'll only actually be suppressing people who have contributions in that campaign totaling $0, (which is probably a much smaller group than you were expecting.) In this case you also want to suppress people who have no contributions in that campaign at all. You could do that in the same segment just by adding one more line:
Contribution Campaign In "FY2011"Total Giving = 0 ORContribution Campaign Does Not Have "FY2011"

I am not restricting to any campaign-we want to count any gift of any amount.
What I am using because we didn't restrict it to any campaigns was Contribution Amount equal to $0 and then the Fiscal Year Dates, i.e. June 30, 2013-July 1, 2014.
I am going to change the criteria to Total Giving though for each fiscal year and maybe that will solve the problem? Thank you so much for all your advice-if there is a cleaner way to do this, I would love to know!
I think you might run into the same problem anyway here. If you use "Contribution Date Between..." it will only look at people who do have 1 or more contributions in that date range. Off the top of my head I can't think of a quick way to suppress people who don't have any gifts within a date range, short of editing the SQL manually.
You could go the other way and use List Manager, one list per year of people who have gifts within the date range. Then to get people who have given every year, the final list is "List Has (year1 donor list)", "List Has (year2 donor list)", "List Has (year3 donor list)" and so on.
If you have different campaigns for each fiscal year I think using campaign rather than date range is the cleanest way to do it, but of course everybody's setup is a little bit different!
