Report Help Needed

You might try going through your list of reports, first. You can trial and error a few to see if the parameters are requesting the information you are looking for, and if they are, do they actually give you what you are looking for.

The next step I would do is to try to create a list with those criteria. You should be able to choose a particular date range or fiscal year and then tell it that you want accounts who gave more than $0.01. Once you think you have that list, you can try to run it against an output set with the parameters you want: LName, FName, Address1, Address2, City, State, Zip, Phone1, Phone2, Gift Amount, Membership Level, Campaign, Fund, Appeal...etc...till your heart's content. Keep in mind that the Phone1 and phone2 fields may give you multiple lines per constituent.

Also once you think you have your list, we have a report called Full Bio that we run sometimes. You can look into that to see if it will give you what you are looking for.

When non of that works for us, we call our Tess IT Person.

maybe I misunderstand your question, but have you tried the New Contributions Report (under Development)?

Hi, Our Daily gift report (which can be run for a date range) sounds like it has what you want.  I have attached a screen shot of it.  If you would like it I can make it available.  Also if you have any questions on it let me know.

You should try the Current Constituent Giving by List in the development folder or Pledge Gift in the finance folder or Fund Activity Report also in the finance folder.  Depends on how you enter your inkind gifts.

If you want to get phone numbers in there, you should have a look at Output Set Builder but that can get tricky with a multiple row query like the one you need.
