I would like to run a report that I can give to my board that reports all contributions (new or old) whether they are a pledge or inkind. I would like it to have name, amount, and where the gift went. Pretty much a batch report but maybe something with phone numbers that can be printed anytime. Your help is appreciated.
Best,
Mike
Hi, Our Daily gift report (which can be run for a date range) sounds like it has what you want. I have attached a screen shot of it. If you would like it I can make it available. Also if you have any questions on it let me know.
Jon
You should try the Current Constituent Giving by List in the development folder or Pledge Gift in the finance folder or Fund Activity Report also in the finance folder. Depends on how you enter your inkind gifts.
If you want to get phone numbers in there, you should have a look at Output Set Builder but that can get tricky with a multiple row query like the one you need.Dale
Hi Jon,
The screen shot did not come through. I would love to see the report though.

In my prior post I attached a word doc with the screen shot. It is called dailygifts.doc. You have to download the doc to see the screenshot.
