Devo on Account $$ in Individual vs household record

I had trouble enter such a contribution.

One patron made a contribution with ticket purchase and as usual the ticketing office set the contribution aside for me to enter in contribution batches. When I tried to enter this contribution the batch automatically switched me to the household account where I could not see the on account $$ in the money bag. Assuming it only exist in the individual account.

What do I do?

Thank you.

  • While in the individual record, click on the Constituents Menu, then Household Operations, and Move Transactions to Household.

    Thanks,
