Name-Date-Contribution

Hello!

Does anyone have a report they can share with the following three fields?  For a date range, campaign, & list, I need to pull:

1. Name

2. Date of Contribution

3. Contribution Amount

Essentially it's a Fund Activity Report with contribution dates.  I can't use the New Contributions report because it doesn't pull by campaign.  Help!

    We have various custom reports, but to get the kinks worked out in order to specify those, we start with Development  > Current Constituent Giving by List.  I normally go wide with the date parameter and filter any outlier campaigns in the Excel output: this to be sure to pick up contributions that jump the start/end of fiscal years.

    Hi Jessica,

    We have a Custom Fund Activity Report that will give you this information. The Santa Barbara Centre for the Performing Arts will put it up on the Shared Reports workspace this afternoon, that way you can download the SQL files and so forth.

    Have you tried the Pledge Gift report in the Finance folder?

    Hi Jessica,

    An Output Set could be built to return this information. There are several elements in the Output Set Cookbook where a contribution date range and fund can be specified. There is also general documentation about Output Set Builder available too; if you're not familiar with it already, it's a powerful tool for outputting data without custom reports.
