Does anyone have any tips on how to remove a pledge payment from a constituent's record, after the pledge has been written off? I needed to adjust the dates of both a pledge and a pledge payment (which only satisfied part of the overall pledge) and mistakenly wrote off the pledge before adjusting the pledge payment. So now the pledge payment seemingly cannot be adjusted because it was tied to a pledge that no longer exists.....

Unfortunately, after any part of a pledge has been written off it can no longer be adjusted. You will probably need some help from your database admin (and/or Tessitura support) to adjust your pledge payment. There's some more info on this thread about a similar situation.
