We are having an issue. Money from a gift for a previous year was accidentally removed and used to pay a pledge for the current year. The bookkeeping is dealing with the situation to correct it however we are having trouble getting tessitura to allow us to put it back where it belongs. Because it is a fulfilled pledge it is not allowing us to make any adjustments. Has anyone encountered this before or have a solution.

There shouldn’t be a problem in doing this via Adjustments – You move the payment to a “holding” area which could on-account or just the payment method Posting Adjustment. You will need to restore the installment/payment schedule .

Any chance that part of the pledge was written off? Once any part of a pledge is written off it can no longer be adjusted in Tessitura. You'd need some back-end edits to be made directly in the database. If that's the case there's another thread around here somewhere I can point you toward, or/and you might want to file a support ticket.
