Deleting Contributions

I perform refunds or adjustments to the contributions as necessary. If I am touching multiple records, I take notes and write down my steps; taking extra care to be sure I only perform the refund or adjustment once.

To see if refunds or adjustment procedures apply for you in this case, they are located in the Contributions Documentation at TessituraNetwork.com.

Side Note – when performing adjustments and refunds does not remove the original incorrect entry. It will just zero out the entry.

We have had a few contributions added to records in error. What is the safest way to remove these? They are in a uncontrolled batch.
