Hello everyone. We've noticed here at Jazz at Lincoln Center that there's no documentation on Planned Giving available from Tessitura.
We're about to write some up for our organization and wondered if anyone out there already had. It would be a great help not to start completely from scratch.

I actually have a Tessitura Document on Planned Giving and am surprised, as you said, there doesn't seem to be anything on the network. I'm guessing the document I have is no longer in use and perhaps they are updating it. The Help system is saying it is "coming soon". We also have been researching and implementing planned giving. If you want to email me directly I'd be happy to help you out with what we have compiled and questions you might have.
Has there been any news of Planned Giving documentation being released for v.12 yet? We'd really like to overhaul our current process and want to check what's possible first.
According to the session notes on Planned Giving from Dallas, the v10 documentation is still relevant. Does anyone have a copy of this they would be able to email over please?
