Is there written documentation available for v12 Plans and Portfolios? I have watched the webinar but was hoping to have a reference as we work through set-up and testing and can’t seem to find any.

Maggie - my organization is still in the set-up phase for Tessitura, but I've been looking into Plans quite a bit and found the link below to PDF versions of all the documentation. I find this to be a little more detailed and easy to follow than the online documentation. I hope it's helpful for what you need.
