As we prepare to roll out T-Stats at the Science Museum, I'm thinking about what kind of data I'd like to pull. That made me wonder: what kind of key performance indicators do you all use? I'm especially interested in those used for a museum-style membership program, but fundraising or sales KPIs would be great to hear about as well.
