I've starte playing in v12 in our TEST realm and I'm curious if anyone who is prepping for or has started using Plans could share a bit of knowledge. I've read the v12 packet and I see what the recomened uses of various boxes are but I'd like to see how people are actually using them.
If my Type is 'Individual' and by Campaign & Fund are for Indiv Annual. It seems superfluous to put it's Indiv a third time. How are you using this option?
Also, how do you use Priority. Are people pulling a list of their 'Hot' donors?

We're doing it a little backwards from what Tessitura recommends as far as plan set up because we use plans in our phone room/subscriptions as well.
For our Type - we have very specific business practices so we are doing things like 'Lapsed', 'New', 'Renewal', etc. Status is where they are in the moves management process - researching, soliciting, etc. Plan source is grouped by what department this plan belongs to - again, very specific to our business practices, we have Grants, Major Gifts, Phone Room, Box Office, etc.
We decided as an organization to just use Priority of High/Medium/Low for now and get a feel as to how those would be best used. For right now that's up to the individual to set - or for our lead management to set as they make leads for the phone room.
