Can anyone tell me why my solicitations show up in this report not in date order? I will admit that I went back and created some old solicitations to record information from files prior to me taking on the portfolio, but is this report sorting on create date instead of solicitation start date?
I have to give our new president a summarized history of the foundations I deal with, but it is difficult to understand when the notes are all out of order. I would strike solicitation from this report and supplement it with the soliciation tracking report, but it requires campaigns, and I am looking at the full history of these accounts. Any one have any solutions? I am trying to avoid having to re-create the wheel here because i am short on time!

I ran a little test by putting a future 'Complete By' date in an old solicitation/plan and now it is appearing at the top of this report. So I think that is what you need to be looking at, the 'By' date in the solicitation/plan.
