Posting Pledges without Payments

Hi all,

We would like all our pledges to be in the system so that our reporting is accurate. However, the system won't let me set up a pledge in contributions with a payment value of $0.00. The campaign does not have a minimum payment so I'm not sure how to work around this.

We had thought of using solicitations but we were hoping to have all our pledges show up in a fund report for example instead of having to do more than one pull.

Do any of you have any experience with this? What do you recommend?

Thanks!

  • I enter pledges all the time without an actual payment. Might your issue have something to do with the schedule? You do have to add at least 1 payment to the schedule. But you don't have to have a payment at the time of the pledge.

    Thanks,

    Marie
