Can Plan Steps be Cyclical in V12?

Hello, We used Solicitations in version 11 for a few different things and one of them was to have a task pop-up in our tasks upon login to remind us to renew monthly donors. Each monthly donor had a solicitation and a task attached to their account that was set-up to pop up annually in the cyclical dropdown. We have moved to version 12 and now transferred everything over to Plans. In the 'plan steps' of the plan I do not see a dropdown to make anything cyclical. Does anyone know how we can make them cyclical? Do we have to pull a list of our Plans each year and mass add them for the coming 12 months? How would I do that? Thank you, Erin Mulcair Edmonton Symphony Orchestra

  • Hi Erin,

I can't speak to the cyclical option being removed in Plans (your post just alerted me to this), but you are still able to add them to 'Reminders' in the 'Connections' tab, which might be the best way to go.
You can also look at adding them in mass to Plans via the 'Plan Maintenance' option under the 'Campaigns' menu. You can find more information about that here.

    Hope that is helpful.

Edit- Sorry, just realized that the link to the Steps part of the help doc takes you to the main doc instead. You can find the "Adding Steps to Multiple Plans" in the Related Topics at the bottom of that page.
