A Development colleague has asked if there is any template of sorts or even a field definition for the data that you can export from the Portfolio screen of the Plans tab in v12 so you can paste it in a spreadsheet.
Anyone know where this info is?
Thank you, Tessiturians.
Actually my colleague was curious as to what exactly the data will be (what fields are involved and even possibly what the table names are), since we won’t be going to v12 until at least the summer.

Matt,
The "Copy to Clipboard" button at the bottom of the Portfolio screen will place a copy of whatever fields you have configured on your portfolio into the clipboard. This is designed to be pasted into Excel.
Is that what you are looking for?

The data that is pasted into excel is based on the user's configuration of their portfolio; the data exports as the user sees it on the screen. There are some standard portfolio elements (mostly plan data) and you may add others using T_KEYWORD. The user may select the fields to display and the order in which they show on the screen. Therefore the answer to your question is: it depends on what data your user decides to display in the portfolio.
Best,
Anna
