Pledge & Balance Totals in Appeal Header seem to include written-off pledges

Is it normal behaviour that Pledge and Balance totals in Appeal headers
would include pledge amounts that have been written off? We have never
noticed this before, so I am assuming it is not normal. Currently, the
appeal header totals do not balance against the Campaign Revenue Report,
which lists revenue for the appeal and sources correctly (meaning after
the write-off).

If this sounds odd to others in the network, we will submit a ticket.

    Yes its normal -- once you write something off the pledge is reduced and it no longer can be totaled for the appeal/campaign.
