I am looking for a webinar with instructions on pulling lists in Version 11. I am not confident all individual email addresses are pulled when they are part of a household, and I'd like to know how to pull a clean list without it being cluttered with duplicates. (individuals and their households show up) I'd love to watch a webinar on pulling lists and extractions and start from the beginning and I can't seem to find one. Thanks in advance!
