Having some issues adding solicitations to a list.
When I am in the Solicitation screen and I click ADD and the screen populates, as normal, with the records from the list. My next step which I can’t complete is to press SELECT ALL at the bottom of the screen. Unfortunately, I can’t continue with the rest of the steps as the records are faint and unable to be selected.
What would cause this issue?

Generally the grayed out rows mean that the selected constituents already have a plan/solicitation on their constituent record for the selected campaign/designation combination (and fund in the case of plans in v12).

I, too, am having this problem, but after investigating the individual accounts they do NOT already have a solicitation record for the campaign & designation combination. I'm still in v.11--- any ideas? I thought that if it was a different designation (even if it's the same campaign), it would accept it? Also, this only happens when I try to do it through the solicitations module (meaning, I can add an additional solic with a diff campaign and designation in individual accounts, but not en masse).
