I've been trying to make an extraction of all the constituents in our database who have passed away this past year for an in memoriam page in our program book. I've set the criteria in extraction manager several different ways, but names still seem to be missing in the list I extract. The most recent combination I've used is two segments, the first with the these criteria:
Deceased Date >= 12/01/2012Inactive reason has death
The second segment has these criteria:
Deceased date >= 12/01/2012Name 1 Status has deceased
OR
Deceased date >= 12/01/2012Name 2 Status has deceased
I tried several segments with fewer critera, but when names were missing I tried casting a wider net. I'm still missing at least 8 people, and each of the missing constituents do have records that are marked deceased after December 2012 and are inactive for that reason. I made sure to set each segment to pull by individual instead of household.
I'm sure there's something I'm missing, but I'm not sure what it is! Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
