I recall hearing at conference this year that someone had designed a way to track volunteer sign-up and such through Tessitura. Does anyone know of this functionality and with whom I might speak in more detail?

The Alliance does this! We use tessitura for all of our volunteer needs and I would be happy to speak with you about what we do.
