Hi Everyone,
I was wondering if any of you have set up Tessitura to print off a thermal receipt from your ticket printers for memberships credit card receipts. I ask as we may have patrons who buy a membership to our museum at our front desk and want a quick and easy receipt before they receive their membership materials in the mail. Any help you can provide would be most excellent.

Hi Christopher,
Our receipts capture the method of payment used (Cash/Tokens, Cheque/On Account or Card Payment) and has a line that says "Your total includes a membership or donation of: £X" - which is obviously blank if they haven't bought one or donated. It's the same receipt for all transactions. We try and kill all the birds with the one stone.
Is that the kind of thing you're after or have I misunderstood?
