Pledge Questions: Restricted and multiple funds

Good day, Elisabeth

We, too, are relatively new, and we were told a pledge for different funds required separate pledge entries.

When this occurs (rare for us), we split the pledge appropriately. 

We don’t use restricted accounts in our organization.

I will monitor the group for responses; we quickly learned the forums are a valuable asset.

     My org is still fairly new to Tess. We have a pledge portion that has come in, and have some questions regarding how to set up and process this gift. 1. Can a pledge be divided between two funds? 2. Can a pledge have a portion that is restricted?

If you have any insights about if Tess pledges can be set up in either of these ways, I'd appreciate your input.
