Pulling Contribution Data from Campaign

I'd like to generate a list of annual fund contribution amounts for each person who contributed to the FY13 annual fund campaign, but I can't find the utility I need to pull this information. I have a list of the donors I'd like this information on, but when I try to create an output set, it will only pull data from last contribution or it comes back with more data fields than I need. Help!

  • Others please correct me if I am wrong, but this may be a custom element. I do not personally use or know of a canned element to do this.

I have an output set element called “Contribution Campaign _P* ”. The P means that I can select a parameter – in this case I can select 1 or more campaigns of my choosing. The * means that this will potentially give me multiple rows for people in the data output.

If you have a DBA or someone who can create this for you, reach out to them.

    I hope this helps
