Contribution amount output set

I am trying to use the output set to export contribution amounts.

We bill our patrons monthly, and part of their monthly bill is what the original amount of their pledge was. I can see this information in a list, but it will not export to the excel from the output set with the original contribution amount. The data people at my organization say that this is in fact impossible. But that just sounds absurd! How can it be impossible that you cannot export that kind of information from this database? We also use this information in our renewal letters and many other places as well. I

  • You might try the “Pledge Billing” report under Renewal Notices and Bills. You can set it to “Review mode” then save it as an excel spreadsheet. It will give you the pledge amount, payment amount, amount paid so far, balance, etc. I use and schedule it to email to me in the excel format for my monthly billing. Then I “mail merge” the fields into my invoice/payment reminder.

    Thanks,

    Marie
