WealthEngine data pull from Tessitura

Our Company just recently transferred to Tessitura so I am brand new to the program. We also began using WealthEngine to screen our donors. As part of our contract WealthEngine will screen a large group of our donors for us but they ask for us to send them about 66 fields of info on each Constituent. I thought the best way to achieve this would be to build an Extraction Table to pull everyone we would like to screen and then build an Output Set to get all the fields WealthEngine would like to have. I found most of the information I need however, the Output Set Builder does not seem to have a way to get the following:

•Total number of gifts given by a constituent

•Most Recent Gift Amount

•Largest Gift Amount

•Largest Gift Date

•Constituency

•Business Name

•Business Address

•Business City

•Business State

•Business Zip

•Spouse Name (First, Middle, Last)

•Spouse Business Name

•Spouse Business Title

•Spouse Business Phone

•Spouse Business Address

•Other Addresses

Has anyone had a similar experience and know the best way to go about getting the information we need?

Thanks!

  • Hi Moriah!

Do you have someone in house that has system table access and some SQL knowledge? If so, they should be able to create some custom Output Set elements for you to get at this info.

The Output Set Builder Cookbook (you can search for it on the website just like that!) is also a super handy resource for this. Some of the things you are looking for are right in there.

Hope that helps get you started.
