I am working on a guide for my Annual Fund/Major Gift Officer on how to review the monthly renewal solicitations I create so he may make the follow-up phone calls to those who have not donated.
Does anyone have a similar document created or best practices they can send my way to help in the process?
When your officers are making follow-up phone calls and leave messsages, do they note that in actions or in the notes screen above actions?
