Constituency Code in Indivudal NOT Household

How do I get a Constituency code to show up only in the individual 's constituent record and NOT in the Household or spouse's?

  • Former Member
    Former Member $organization

As long as you enter the constituency under the individual's name (click on their name while in the household account), it should be fine. It will still appear in brackets on the household account but only the individual will show up on your reports.

    Hope this helps!

  • Short answer – enter the constituency only on the Individual Record.

Long answer – As I understand it, the constituency will appear on the record it resides.  In addition, you will see the constituency on the header of the affiliated record with ( ) around the 3-digit code.

    IE:

Mark and Sarah Smith HH – Customer - CST

Mark Smith – Board – BRD

    Sarah Smith – Guild GLD

    Again, as I understand it:

    • if you are in the HH then you will see: CST, (BRD), (GLD)
    • if you are in Mark’s record then you will see: BRD, (CST)
    • If you are in Sarah’s record then you will see: GLD, (CST)

Others: feel free to correct me if I am wrong or add to this.

    Thanks,

    Marie
