Scheduling Fund Activity Report

Thanks Sandra. Yes, I manipulated the Contribution Start and End Dates to what I wanted and the report still seems to require the Transaction Dates as well. I will ask my IT support about this and see if they can look into it.

Any additional help from Tess users is appreciated as well.

Marie did you clear out the date masks (ie MM/DD/YYYY) that appear in the transaction and posting dates fields? Then just fill in the dynamic dates for the Contribution dates.

If you did this and still no luck – then I would submit a support ticket.

I am looking for someone with experience scheduling the Fund Activity Report. I use this each month to report numbers to my board and compare the entries with finance. If you have experience and success with scheduling this report.

I attempted to schedule the report today and am confused why some of the Optional Fields appear to be required. For example, I would like to run the report based on Contribution Start and End Dates with dynamic dates. However, it seems to ALSO require that I fill in the Transaction Start and End Dates. My intention is to schedule the report in the same manner that I manually run it.

I wanted to share that, it appears that I need to “Clear” the parameters so that no characters appear in the Transaction Start and End Dates or Contribution Start and End Dates. Once I choose the other parameters that I want, I seem to be able to move forward with the scheduling.
