During the week of 7 December, we are hosting Tessitura Europe Community Week: Future in|sight. Led by our European team, but open to all members of our community, this week of virtual events will include opportunities to learn, gain insight, find inspiration and celebrate our community.
Whilst it’s disappointing we can’t meet in person, meeting up virtually is a great way to chat to people you don’t normally get to, as well as learn and share ideas across our global community. As part of the week we have plenty of opportunities to get together informally:
Virtual networking - Coaching conversations for leaders
Monday 7 December, 12pm EDT/5pm GMT
As leaders we know we need to focus on developing our teams but how often do we feel that the day to day means you don’t have the time, capacity or the perceived skill required to coach them? In this informal and conversational session, we will learn that coaching your team simply means providing them with a view of the future and helping them get the tools to obtain it on their own.

The Women in Tech Tessitura Community is dedicated to women and non-binary people in the technology field. Join them for their monthly meetup, to discuss issues that matter most to you, and make connections with group members across the globe.
Tessiturians Watch Party
Wednesday 9 December, 1pm EDT/6pm GMT
The Tessiturians is the Tessitura Network Community's rock band known for performing songs with fun, silly and alternative lyrics about the world of Tessitura. Join us as we gather to view newly-created, socially-distanced music videos celebrating the resilience and creativity of our community.
