We're are starting to put together a re-opening task force for our primary venue and a question has come up about language to use around COVID liability - especially coming up with a short line that could be added as ticket text onto the tickets themselves.
Does anyone have examples that they're willing to share of language like this that you have in use? How and when are you communicating that to customers - in the purchase path, email confirmations, on tickets, waivers that have to be signed/acknowledged?
